These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the website operated by the Japan Hakata Wa Unagi Promotion Council (the "Council"), including https://hakatawaunagi.com/ and its language versions (the "Website"). By using the Website, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides information about Japan Hakata Wa Unagi and the Council's activities to businesses in Japan and overseas. No products are sold and no contracts are concluded on the Website. Trading terms, specifications and prices are provided individually to businesses that contact us.

- "Hakata" is a name expressing the brand's philosophy and does not indicate the place of origin or processing of individual products.
- Export availability and the acceptance of certification in each country or region depend on the destination, product and conditions. Nothing on the Website guarantees that export or sale to a particular country or region is possible.
- Content may be changed or removed without notice.
3. Intellectual property
Copyrights, trademarks and other rights in the text, images, logos, design and other content on the Website belong to the Council or the rightful owners. Copying, reproducing, modifying, selling or otherwise using such content beyond what is permitted by law, without permission, is prohibited.
The halal certification mark belongs to the certification body. The certification mark and the name and logo of "Japan Hakata Wa Unagi" may not be used on products, advertisements, sales pages or the like without the Council's permission.

When using the Website, you must not:
- Violate laws or public order and morals
- Submit inquiries with false information or impersonate others
- Infringe the rights, reputation or credibility of the Council, related businesses or third parties
- Use content from the Website in a way that misleads others into believing a product is the Council's or that a party is affiliated with the Council
- Gain unauthorized access to the Website, place an excessive load on it or interfere with its operation
- Send large volumes of inquiries for sales, solicitation or advertising purposes
